Autopage blame MTN and leave me hanging

I have been a client to Autopage for 10 years I am sure on a Vodacom sim - I LOVE Vodacom - it always works... last year in July I signed up for an ipad, and for some reason, I got an MTN sim which I didnt expect. From the moment I received it the connection was never strong enough, and I could not use it anywhere I went, and most importantly, I couldn't use it as a back up for when the wireless was down. I have been in to many many Autopage stores to get them to fix and address, they all would take down my details and make a note on the system, and do nothing. I then had to submit a spreadsheet with the device details so they can send to MTN, they did this 2 or 3 times, and MTN doesnt respond despite escalation.. and it is now actually 11 months later and they still are passing the blame and saying they will send MTN an email, to which I reply, that doesnt do anything, you have sent MTN many emails. I have been a loyal customer to Autopage for 10 years or more... and they happily let me cancel my contract with them rather than sort it out... and even after cancelling... they still don't bother to come back to me :-)
