I applied for an increase to my credit card online and the system asked me to sign the document and send it to their [Email Removed] email address. Each time I send it i get Sending System Error... Please resend in a valid format. I was under the impression that pdf was, but i tried jpg as well and to no avail.
So i tried the call centre and got passed on and passed on and nobody had the answer, so I looked on hellopeter and this problem is nothing new as complaints made in the past. I believe your call centre should be at least made aware of this existing problem and given the tools to remedy it or a contact point to remedy it.
