To whom it may concern
Just another rip off by Standard Bank.
I used their ATM after hours at the Umhlanga branch and the ATM swallowed my card. I had to drive back there the next day to get another card and told by your staff that it was free to replace the card. However i was charged R40. This is absolutely not on and considering that i had to drive to the Gateway branch to replace my card and pay for parking. It was your machine that swallowed my card, no fault of mine, and I'm being charged for your faulty machines.
I demand a reply from Standard Bank, and i want my money back!
