CANT GET MY MONEY BACK!!!

I have emailed, phoned did everything possible to get my money but the useless and incompetent staff don't know what they are doing. I dialled 0860 203040 just do me a favour and dial it they transfer you from pillar to post. They keep you on the line as if you got nothing to do the whole day, if they don't work I DO!!! I have emailed the letter on the 19.08.2013 and was advised i will receive my money within 5-10 working days. It is 22DAYS now and still nothing no one can assist the only excuse I get is uhmmm we can't read the form. If I can see the form i am sure they will be able to as well!!! I am writing this as I am waiting for someone to answer the phone and it has been more than 30 minutes. Can't complain about the service because there isn't any!!! I wish I have never delt with them in my life!!!
