I believe in giving people a chance to improve and do not find pleasure in complaining but I am compelled to escalate this. On the 27/08/2013 I contacted Faith Mofiwa to submitted a claim for my damaged cellphone and never received feedback. Three days later (30/08/2013) I called again and now spoke to Tsholo Morake. She requested that I resubmit necessary documents and said I will received the pay-out in 2-3 days. To my dismay Alexander Forbes defaulted on their promissory.
Today I called once again and now spoke to a supervisor by the name of Tshepo and he promised to escalate this to his finance department. I later received a call from Doris who informed me I will need to wait '"AGAIN" for another 2-3 working days.
Not only that the activities have been unfriendly and costly to me, I am still left without a phone and very much disappointed about the lip service I am receiving, especially from a well reputable firm such as "Alexander Forbes"
