I have recently moved to Alexander Forbes insurance, and i have a simple claim. My mag was damaged. Since 22/12/2013, I have been trying to get my claim sorted. I am currently out of car hire, and am paying for this. i think the service i have been getting is ridiculous. Alexander Forbes, was suppose to be about TCF (Treating customers fairly), but i have been receiving none of that. All i ask for is for my claim to be sorted, and the inconvenience of not having a car, being reimbursed.
