Such poor service I am shocked

I am in the process of applying for a bond transfer from ABSA to any other bank that will provide me with the credit, I was told that Betterbond is the place to go so I contacted them. 1st off, when you try reach them, they do not answer their phones. 2ndly when they called I explained what I needed. I was told then to complete all the forms which I did, they would submit this to all the banks on my behalf.
I was told that someone from sales would call me, unfortunately Princess Ntila was my contact and she does not seem to know much about this process at all. If she does, she seems to be totally uninterested in providing a service. Days past with no contact, when they did, the information that I was given and the questions asked left me with a feeling of dread. She told me that they could only apply for an increase in my current bond and only work with 1st time buyers.
Her latest feedback was:
The application is giving us an error on our side and we have contacted the ABSA.
ABSA has advised us the client must approach the bank directly as you are now married.

How pathetic and what terrible service,
Do not use them, they are rubbish especially Princess Ntila
