I emailed specific instructions for a simswap to be done on my additional cellphone contract not the number i speciied on the email.i also highlighted in RED not to be done on the number i gave on the email. Please refer to the various emails sent by myself on the email [email protected] get told by the samn agents Melody & Collin that i have to buy a new simcard & request another simswap eeven tho it was the email consultants mistake. I am incredibly disgusted at the lack of service from BAYPORT cellular!!! What type of company makes mistakes likes this & still asks the client to pay for their mistakes not once but twice... i am so angry at this its unreal. Then to keep u on the callcentre line for 28 mins & still offer you no via-able solutions!!!
