ABSA, WHY IS "SERVICE" ALWAY TOO MUCH TO ASK??

ABSA,

Why is it ALWAY a mission to get ANYTHING done??? Why do I always have to complain and screem and shout to get something done??? WHY ABSA???

Look at my history on Hellopeter... All of them are ABSA complaints??? But once I complain here... Only then things get sorted... WHY???

I'm fed up with this lack of service!!!

I been trying to get my claim settled for the past 2 weeks (insident happend on 27 December already)...

Everytime I speak to a different consultant, I get NO feedback... I need to phone everytime to get an update... WHY??? I send e-mails asking to confirm receipt of documents... Guess what... I get NO response... WHY???

One consultant tells me: "Please just fill in the form and you'll be paid tomorrow"... Other consultant tells me NO, it takes 3 working days... Why the different standards/stories... WHY???

Just spoke to a "Salamina Mahlangu"... Asked her to please put me through to a supervisor... No sorry, they're ALL in a meeting... How can there be NO supervisor on standby??? Funny thing... the previous time I asked for a supervisor, none was also available???

Maybe the lack of supervisors are responsible for the lack of service?
