Can't believe its been almost a year back when I first apply for a amount on my bond account and still no feedback from ABSA. In June 2012 I applied for the loan. 7 June ABSA responded with outstanding requirements. Getting all these documents was a mission, but on the 12th of June I send everything to ABSA and they confirmed it was received on the 13th. On 3 July I asked for feedback, no reply from ABSA. 30 Jyly I send an email again, asking for feedback, yet again NOTHING. 5 October I send another mail, asking how long it still going to take. No reply. 26 Feb 2013 I asked again via email, NO REPLY! Is this service? To apply again I'm sure ABSA are going to ask me AGAIN for all the requirements that was a mission to get the first time, yet AGAIN!!! Only if this was my only problem with ABSA, I don't even want to start on the Insurance side, bad service, but that I will put in another complaint all together!!! The Onbust man must help me with that one! PATHETIC! I'm definatly changing all my accounts soonest with ABSA
