ABSA WILL NOT TRANFER MY FUNDS AFTER CANCELLATION

A few years ago, I signed up for Momentum Credit Card however this card doesnt function as a normal one. Absa debits R200 from my FNB account and loads it onto the card. A few years later, ABSA took ownership of this. This is evident as the card has ABSA logos and I recieve statements from Absa. Two weeks ago, I tried to cancel this card but it was such a mission!! Absa's call centre does not understand that, what was once the Momentum card, is now an Absa card. So this first consultant sdaid I must contact Momentum which was exactly the same number I called. the 2nd consultant said the same thing when I rudely interrupted and asked them to please just check and they will see that I am on their system. Eventually someone who understood looked into my account and saw it belongs to Absa. I had R185 left on it and they said they going to transfer back into my FNB account. Today, after checking my statement, 3 weeks later Ive called 3 times getting my calls cut off and put through to different people who cant help me.
