Incompetant and illiterate staff

I do not know when ABSA is going to get their Provident Fund dept right!!! As a private institution relying on deponants to survive, they are useless.

I sent my exit docs to the suppl fax nr, as well as suppl exit mail adress. I received the auto generated confirmation. This was on 3 June 2013.

I resend the original mail again on 25/6/2013 to the members query mail adress as you just do not come through to a consultant telephonically.
If you do, the ABSA empl tells you without hesitation that the system is offline.

Yesterday my wife phoned. She was lucky enough to get through. 1st ABSA empl tell her the system is offline.
2nd ABSA empl tells her it is not, but nothing was received.
3rd ABSA employee tells her it is going to be paid to a Standard Bank acc although a FNB bank statement was supplied with the exit docs.

I want this sorted out immediately. Now I'm told that I must wait another 4 weeks for the details to be processed again before the money is paid out. Because of ABSA INCOMPETANT staff.

What more must I send before it will be done right? After so many complaints about this same PSSPF adm employees???

Sort this out immediately ABSA or I'll go to the Ombuds man.
