Debit order mayhem

I financed furniture with africa bank and the problems started.the debit mandate was set to be taken on the 25th of each month that has never happened. The debit runs on 24, 22, 14, 21 whenever they feel like. Tried using the customer service were we where told it was all sorted out but 2 days later the debit was run again still 7 days early putting my bank account in arreas making me pay interest on money I should not be owing. Now I have been double debitted. Ok so we phone client sevices to resolve this and... 3 conversation later with 3 people and being told that the complaint section does not have phones and being put on hold for 30 mins and being cut of at the end of it all, or shall we say at the end of nothing I AM NOW FEDUP with nonses and will now approach the ombudsman for banking service to lay a formal complaint as the debit order works both ways. I must pay the money on a stippulated date but it can only be colected on or after that specific date
