I don't understand how the Attorney firms Nedbank employs does business. After Settling my account, which was in arrears in full, I received 3 phone calls from different consultants demanding payment. After sending proof of payments multiple times I still get called demanding payment. What type of system are they utilizing or are they trying to get additional funds. After I point this out to the consultants, all I get is Sorry sir we see the payment and a call the next day. Not acceptable. I understand being behind and being called for your money, but once it's settled please stop calling and send my paid up letter.
