HARRASMENT / INCOMPETENCY / DENY ACCESS TO INFO

2 years ago I was contacted by CW claiming that I owe someone money since 1994. Since I had no recollection of any such debt, I insisted that they provide me proof where I signed an agreement with their client. They said that they need 2 request the info. For the past 2 years I received calls & constant sms's from CW demanding payment. Every time I say provide me proof of such debt. They take my e-mail address & promise 2 send me proof, never happens. A week ago I got contacted by Jennifer, demanding payment. I told her that I had no knowledge of debt/any dealings with their client. She took my e-mail address & said that she would send me the proof. Later the same day, I phoned them. Spoke to Banzi. I asked her when Im getting the info. She took my e-mail address again. She said Jennifer had not updated my info & that SHE will send it. AGAIN nothing. Sms 13/08/13 at 09h40. At 09h59 got a phone call (Lorraine), demanding payment. 10h25 received another sms, "Please call us on 0878250400 re your account, Are they sending Please Call Me's to people now? I've been requesting proof for 2 yrs, which they can't give me. Can the Ombudsman or the Debt Collectors Union pls help
