I had an account and for some reason it was handed over to CW i was contacted by CW and i explained to them that the account was paid, this was in May 2013, the final payment of the account was done in Feb 2013.
Now i get called by different people everyday demanding money. Today i was called by Pomelly or something like that. She tells me that i had made arrgangements with CW to pay the account. Why in the will i make aggrangements to pay something that is already paid. I have send them proof of payment so many times via email and fax. Now ever time one of them calls me i must send prove of payment. WHy the should i keep on sending if they do not do anything about it.
I am really sick and tied of been phoned by them. Why must i start listening to them if they do not listen to me.
I am planning to go and se my lawers and sue them for harrasment.
I am really sick of these people they must go back to there client and sort this out with them and if they think for one cent i will pay for something which is already paid they nuts. and the extra chargers they put onto the account they must also get it from there client.
