Foul account admistration and nagging consultants

I have been, for the past 7months been receiving calls from nedbank, claiming that i have made no payments to personal loan. and everytime i have to force these debt collectors to go through their retentions accounts to find my proof of payment. i have requested all the time i get these irritating calls that they find and out and send me in writing the problem that causes them not to receive my payments, but seems am merely talking to brick walls. i was told in december 2012 that my account was out of arrears, then 2 callers consecutively in the month of feb & March 2013, tell me my account is arrears, and that i have skipped payments from Dec 2012. no one at nedbank is concerned about fixing their administrative problems, but are always quick to chase after money, even if payment has been made. i'm sick of this nonsense, if no one in nedbank isn't gonna sought this sharade out, i will have to get the news papers and the lawyers to help them straighten out their ways. the last caller who called today has the nerve to even hang up the phone on me, and call me a bad payer!!! how can it get...!!!
