NEDBANK CANNOT GIVE INFORMATION

I am changing banks due to high fees, and require information on debit orders so they can be switched to the new bank. The Nedbank call centre line is unable to supply this information which is only obtainable from a mythical department, the Debit Order Switch department, but the only number they can give is their own number. Another reason to change banks.
