I have a contract save account and withdrew the full amount due, I then advised the consultant that i would like to continue with the contract save this year-just that he should increase the amount. I was advised that i can't keep the same account and that he will have to close the current account and open a new account, i confirmed with him that if I open a new account that i will not be allowed to draw the funds within the first 12 months..he guarantees me that this will not be the case, but he cant keep the existing account. I also confirmed with him that a previous consultant had also messed up my contract save account 2yrs ago. So he does what the "requirements" are by closing the old one and opening a new one-YET in Jan, 2 debit orders are deducted-so when I do inquiries telephonically-the consultant confirms that i have 2 contract save accounts on my name-i suggest that she closes the one and refund me-only to hear that this is not possible and that I need to go into the branch-SERIOUSLY..She also confirms that i can leave a secure message on internet banking and a consultant will call back, 2 days later and NO CALL BACK.
I am waiting on this to be fixed &my funds to be refunded
