To Whom It May Concern,
I wish to report the miss-conduct of Talksure SA (trading as Compare & Save) Registration number 4640 257053, and file a complaint for their miss-conduct.
I have already registered my personal details with the Direct Marketing Association of South Africa and requested that I not be contact via my personal cell phone, email or by post.
Yet, despite this, I was contacted by Talksure SA (trading as Compare & Save) at 10:20 on the 17 September 2013 via my mobile phone.
I immediately asked Shekhar Ramcharitan of Talksure SA trading as Compare & Save were members of the Direct Marketing Association of South Africa and they confirmed they were.
I then proceeded to notify them that they had acted outside of the jurisdictions of their agreement with the DMASA and I would be reporting them.
I took down their company registration number 4640 257053, a name of the representative, Shekhar Ramcharitan, the name of the company that owns the brand "Compare 'n Save", namely Talksure SA and the name of the owner of the company. I was not told who owns the company.
I would like to be reimbursed for my time and I would like to know that Talksure SA will be fined. JN
