this the feedback i got from my insurance on the 05/30/2013. my car was not insured by SMD but by OUTSURANCE! if they told me the 1st time i called them this is the process they follow i would have taken a cover with another insurance company. i am currently paying for a car i do not have when they said they will take full cover in an accident. the other party took full responsibility of the accident so now why am i the one who is suffering. i am very disappointed and very angry with these people who are supposed to "bend over backward for me" nonsense slogan! they have inconvenienced me in so many way i can't even take my workload home because i am using public transport. just settle the claim OUTSURANCE as you promised!!
