After 5 months of calling and begging and screaming, I am still no closer with my claim being settled made in SEPTEMBER 2012. With each call I am promised a call back never to hear from any body again until I call AGAIN! My kitchen has fire damage to cupboards. A vendor was appointed to replace my burned cupboards. They pitched up a few days later and ripped out my burned cupboards. When they returned to replace the cupboards they arrived with the worst quality cupboards not even matching my burned cupboards. I requested them to better their workmanship quality and after three failed attempts they never returned again. Each time they returned it was very clear that no changes were made to the work, they tried to smear this bad quality workmanship off on me every time. They took my knife, fork and spoon draws to fit in this new cupboards and this is now missing? They also took aluminium kick plates to fit and this too is now missing! Every time I call SA Home loans for assistance and answers the blame and responsibility tennis game is played with me and I am send between pillar and post! THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!!!
