I paid the settlement amount as quoted

I have liaised with Tando Ngibe on the 10thJuly2013 - for a settlement balance, Tando Ngibe quoted R3887.20 to be payable on the13th July 2013 - I then paid the full amount of R3877.20 on the 12th July 2013 and I emailed Tando Ngibe the remittance advice - I then received a settlement letter telling me the account is closed.

I have recently checked the both credit bureaus - Maravedi has still listed my name and I now owe R900 and I am in 2months arrears - why?

Please sort this out - clear my name on both bureaus - clear of your balance in my name - and close the account as per the letter you have sent me - I have paid you as you have quoted me- you cant wake up and decide that I owe you R900.

Sort this out... please sort this out ASAP, clear my name off - * highly annoyed*

I have your settlement letter- that states " confirmation account paid in full and the account has been closed" please close the account -----remove my name from Experian and Transunion.
