Good Day
I have taken a temporary loan with FNB on the 02 September 2013, on the 05th of September 2013. The loan was debited by FNB. I am failing to understand why did this happen, as on their T&C's the loan should be repayed in 31 days. This is not the first time this happening. I would like this money to be repayed back to my account today at 11h00. This is such an inconvenience. I would like this matter to be resolved urgently. I am really disgusted with the way FNB is treating their customers.
