No response on secured messages and no refund

On the 21st June at 4:42pm, I went to the ATM to withdraw R50. The slip says its Autobank 5766. I was distracted and didn't take out the money from the ATM. So after a while the ATM retracted the money and it wrote this on the screen. But it gave me a transaction record slip saying I withdrew R50. I waited for a while and nothing came out. On Monday the 24th I then sent a secured message. Again in July and again last month. On all 3 occasions no one responded and the money was not refunded. How long does it take for standard bank to investigate? Please I want the refund. The total transaction amounted to R55-10. As little as it is, surely standard bank would never give it to anyone for free.
