On Friday 23 Aug 2013. I applied for health insurance for my 2x dogs. I accepted the R314 pm even though they advertise R265 for 2x dogs. I was informed that my dogs would have to be micro chipped at a cost of about R80 per dog at the SPCA. The SPCA charges R250 per dog, which I can't afford, so I want to cancel my policy. On Monday 26 Aug, I requested to cancel my policy with Luvuyo who stated previously that he will be my consultant from then on. - NO REPLY. On Tuesday 27 Aug, I resent the e-mail. - NO REPLY. On 28 August 2013 I phoned One Pet, spoke to Mologadi, she asked me to forward the details and someone will contact me - NO REPLY. On 29 Aug, I e-mailed both again, Luvuyo replied asking me to forward my request to care@onegrp, so I did - NO REPLY. On 30 Aug, I received an e-mail stating that I have taken out a policy and if I understand everything, I then replied asking to cancel it! - NO REPLY. 2 Aug: received sms reminder that the money will be deducted tomorrow ... - I phoned again, was put through to 3x different people who couldn't help and was then cut off. Phoned again. Spoke to Kahtlego, who would phone back - it's been 2 hours - NO REPLY!
