APPALLING SERVICE

After receipt of a letter notifying me of the suspension of my account due to non-payment. The payment in question HAD been made, via EFT on the 22nd of January. I emailed [Email Removed] on 28th February to provide proof of payment and ask that their error be rectified. On 1 March I received a mail from Wafiqah Sables asking for 'target details' of the payment, which I provided (4 March) After no response, I mailed again on the 13 March asking for confirmation that the error had been rectified, and the reply I received was this:
"Good Day. I apologise for delay in response and herewith acknowledge receipt of your enquiry. Please be advised that the payment has been sent to the relevant department for allocation. I am awaiting for the payment to be allocated and as soon as I have feedback I will inform you. Trust the above is in order. Kind Regards, Wafiqah Sables"
2 more weeks pass and I send another mail, querying whether this matter has been sorted out, to which I get this response:
"Hi there, Thank you for your email, I am on Maternity leave until the 23rd of July 2013. Regards, Wafiqah"
No apology for the initial error, no feedback = account closed
