I am encountering problems with recipients of my e-mails who tell me the mail from me they respond to bounces back. I sent a message via internet "contact us" on Fri, 3 May 2013 but have not had the courtesy of a response. I then called 0877 20 72 00 & spoke to Cheryl Maseti who requested I forward the bounced back mail to [Email Removed] - I told her this was impossible as the mail was not problematic on my side as it was not bouncing back to me but to the recipients of my mail who were trying to send reply mail to me. She then said that they should send their messages to the aforesaid "helpdesk" e-mail she provided me. I asked 4 recipients to do as she requested. I have no way of knowing whether "helpdesk" has in fact received any of the "bounced back" messages. I do Supreme Court work & the documentation is always urgent. I need this problem to be rectified immediately please. I am getting no resopnse from iburst "back-up"/after sales service.
