I am now fed-up. I requested my policy documents last week already. After being referred to a completely different company, I was sent back to Medway marketing. They in turn have sent me a cover letter of my insurance with no sign of the actual documents or schedule of benefits I requested.
Yesterday I am told that my call and/or e-mail would be responded to by 14:15. This didn't happen. I again sent an e-mail this morning at 07:06 and guess what, still no response.
Can someone please get back to me or alternatively send me cancellation documents.
