We err as people, but is honourable to admit

Went to Centurion branch on the 03-09-2013, asked for an application to request prepaid from bond account.

was received by customer banker, Ms Masosi Moleme. She printed application for me and explained what I needed to bring, once form was completed and signed. On the 04-09-2013, I returned the completed forms, but Masosi was at that time out, so I left forms with her colleague. Returned to branch to check progress of my application. Discovered that there was a document required from me, which I was not advised about the day before. I was obviously upset. But would like to thank Masosi, for remaining calm and collected even though at that particular time she was not in a favourable position with me, as a client. May you, Masosi always be brave enough to admit an error. All of us do err. Thank you for maintaining your great attitude with clients.
