I filled in forms to open an account a truwoths clearwatermall on wednesday 10 July 2013.I gave them a copy of my IDetc and asked the lady who helped if everything was in order she took the forms and ID and said everything was ok. Went to check today 13 July 2013 the progress of the application was told there were missing details and they tried to call me the very same day but my phone was off, which is not true. I then asked for the application so that I could fill in the misssing info and was told to complete an application, I told her she had to look for my application as I had filled confidential information then she called the manager Clarementine and told me they tried to call me that same day and my phone was off so they threw away my application and she was very very rude and dismissive for a so called manager and she told me that according to the law since they could not get hold of me that day they had to throw away my applicationa and document. She is extremely rude and very dismissive those type of people should never be allowed to deal with customers. I will not be opening an account with this particular branch because my business is clearly not wanted by this pompus mana
