I have phoned Nedbank MFC department on numerous occasions - nobody answers.
I have emailed MFC a few times - nobody responded.
I have logged a complaint on the Nedbank website - still no acknowledgement.
I went into a branch, just to have the consultant phoning the call centre again - no one answered.
I just paid a very large sum of money towards settlement of my car - I need to know what the outstanding balance is, and I need to send Proof of payment ASAP.
Where do I send this to? Because it seems Nedbank MFC division doesn't have any employees!
And it is frustrating that the public customer always has to play bad cop by having to throw a wobbly on social media platforms first before getting any service.
