I am a disappointed client of iwyze insurance-policy holder 1006515017. iwyze is aware of the date that they are suppose to debit my account. it came to my suprise when they kept sending me messages informing me that i was not debited due to insuficient funds in the month of september and October. i was informed that my vehicle policy had been suspended due to the 'insuficient funds'. according to my knowledge as well as my bank's, the funds for the policy were available. i dont know how iwyze could not access funds. in the month of October they debited double the amount for september and October. how can iwyze debit for the previous month when they told me that the policy was suspended for that month? because should i have had a problem with my vehicle i would not have been able to claim because i was informed that my policy has been suspended.i just want my funds returned to cut matters short. this affects my payment records for no reason.
