I am really peeved off by FNB and how they have conducted matters where I am concerned:
Firstly I had a Smart Personal Loan with FNB. Because I check my credit score on a regular basis, it was reflected on both Transunion and Experian that I had two personal loans with you when in fact I had one. Obviously this messed up with my credit scoring but what really irritates me is that the mistake was confirmed to be on your side but I had to sort myself out!!
As if that is not enough in February 2013 I settled the Smart Loan because at this point I really wanted nothing to do with FNB. The full amount was settled within hours of getting a settlement amount. So I was perplexed when a debit went off my Nedbank account from FNB for the Smart Loan. I was sent from pillar to post and again an FNB agent confirmed that the problem / mistake with FNB. But that was it. The money was debited from account in May 2013. No further communication has been established. I even visited the branch on Rivonia road and Fredman Drive and I was informed that the matter would be resolved and that someone would be in contact with me. Still nothing. Please refund me and lose my details after that!!!
