Is somebody there actually working?

Hello outsurance, just to let you know that I cancelled my insurance with you the beginning of AUGUST 2013.
Now why on earth did you not stop the premium going off this month?
I am asking you to please refund the amount you deducted this month from my account and - read - CANCEL MY POLICY.
Do you think you can do that?
I don't think think is to much to ask? do you?
Looking forward in receiving the premium back into my account tomorrow.
