On the 17th July I made a claim for repairing minor scratch on both my cars. The following day I took them for an assessment. Since then I have been waiting for response after the efforts I took calling them to ask about the progress of my claim. The funny part is they always follow-up on monthly premium but they ignore to follow-up when a claim is lodged. I really don't know what to do anymore. Maybe get my refund for all the premiums I paid.
