When I made this purchase the girl at the till completely messed up by ringing up other peoples purcahses on my bill then ringing my bill on 6months when I asked for 12months.. then she had to take everything off and start again and I could SEE right THERE she was making a mess.. however the manager there assured me everything was fine and she had sorted everything out!
to my dismay my bill was more than I have ever paid at the end of the month and double what I expected!!! this was more than 3 months ago.. I went back to the store have called in AND sent emails.. all. I got was 'OH we found one product that was double rung to the value of R350 and we took it off"..
I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR MONTHS FOR A DETAILED ACCOUNT OF THE PURCHASES OF THAT DAY and OF MY WHOLE account since Truworths's systems cannot be trusted and people are passing the buck!!! A so called manager sent me an exel spreadsheet of about 10 purchases made over the past 5 years which is completely incorrect and looks like its been drawn up buy a 5 year old!!! what are my options here, must I GO TO THE POLICE AND LAY A CHARGE OF BEFORE SOMEONE WILL SORT THIS OUT???
