Unbelievably poor service

In 2012 my car sustained hail damage.
DialDirect insisted that my car go to a BMW approved repair center. (Renewit in Randburg)
PS: This is (I think my 3rd HelloPeter report on Dialdirect - for this exact same issue)

After the repair I noticed the hail damage was poorly repaired and the sunroof rattled.

Upon visiting Renewit I was told that they are NOT a BMW approved repair center.

Since January 2013 I have been battling to get DialDirect to repair my car.
They make promises, don't answer emails, throw names around but so far nobody has contacted me to arrange for my vehicle to be repaired.

Names that DialDirect throws around: (none of whom I have head from so far)

Daphne Chetty - Dial Direct

The person who seems has been "handling" my case is Marcelino Snow.
