Not very helpfull

I phoned Standard bank at 16.15 on Monday 2 September, explained to the consultant what i need and he put me on hold for 10 minutes and then cut me off. I treid to call back guess what out of office hours. The consultant does not even have the decency to call me back and apologize. The no that i phoned is 0861001868.
