Waiting for new Bank Card since MAY

Hi

I had to cancel my Banking cards in May when I "lost" my wallet in Mozambique.

I went into my branch, Tableview, and went through the entire process... which was really not a bad experience at all. The ladies at the always full general queries counter are always super nice.

I immediately received a Debit Card so that i access to my accounts, and was told my Credit Card and Cheque cards were ordered for me.

A few days later i was sms'd that my Credit Card arrived. It was literally 2 or 3 working days... super quick.

However, I am still waiting for a Cheque Card. Its September now... this was May.

I went into the branch last week for an unrelated matter and, as i was there, asked about the card and was told that the card was only ordered 'today'. How is that possibly an coincidence?

Well, I gave it last week (fair judging my the previous speed of my Credit Card) but still nothing arrived.

I have been paying for the card in fees for the entire time that i have not had it, PLUS card fees for the Debit card that i don't actually want.

Please explain...
