Today I was informed by FNB Insurance that my car insurance premiums were going up by 130% by 1st October which is even before the end of my 1 year contract. I have not claimed once!!!
I also had an email from FNB Insurance informing me that my Cell phone's premium is going up by 76% on 1st October. I have only had the phone through dotFNB for 3 months.
When calling to complain I just got told that it was managements decision and there is nothing that can be done about it.
It is disgusting how they treat their customers. The lady I spoke to about the car insurance informed me that due to the ridiculous increases they have already lost over 5000 customers already. Do they not care?
Why is there nothing that can be done about this???
