I received a letter on the 01 September 2013 from FNB Insurance Brokers informing me that the Insurer has now changed and there will be a new insurer with an increase in my monthly car insurance premiums of more than 73% implemented from 01 October 2013.
For me this has now become unaffordable. It is unacceptable for FNB to assume that clients will be-able to afford this increased premium. Being a client with FNB for over 10 years I am disappointed with this change. I am now considering jumping ship to a company that appreciates clientele. I am sure that FNB will be losing substantial clients with this move.
