Good Afternoon,

I've requested to cancel my credit card on the 26th of August 2013 but the consultant refused to cancel the card and instead stated that I need to pay the opening fee of R128.23. Why should I be liable for the fee and why was the terms and conditions read to me.

I need this account closed immediately and the R128.23 reversed immediately.
