I have never had any issues with cell c, but today I was left disappointed
I upgraded my phone in July, the same phone was over this past weekend, I went to a branch at Mooiriver Mall Potchefstroom to claim my insurance as my previous phone had insurance,
I was than informed today that I had not taken insurance on the new phone, I raised this issue with the consultant, I than informed him that my first contract I was never asked if I wanted insurance and ended up paying for it, by knowledge when I upgraded, my insurance premium must have been carried onto the new contract, as I was never asked if I wanted to cancel my insurance.
I demanded this matter sorted as a matter of urgency and was told there is nothing cell c can do, please check your contracts before going to cell c as one day you are covered the next your not.
