As a single parent who only received a 4% salary increase to have a 22% insurance premium increase is disgusting. I have only been with Dial Direct for a year and moved from 1St for Women due to their unrealistic increases.
Always defended the Auto & General group as they have been the only insurance group I have used since 1999 but how can they keep justifying these increases.
Will be shopping around now as loyalty does not pay, what a to feel they use your personal history to base your increases on.
Feel like I am being robbed blind.
