A month ago I noticed that my insurance premium has increased with - 50 % on my car.
After investigation I noticed its the second month that a increased premium was deducted
I contacted my brokers (KILIAN INSURANCE BROKERS) to question the increase as a car's value drops and my premium is increasing.
They didn't know that I had a increase and failed to notify me as their client about the increase.
a premium of R1600 for a car Ford Fiesta. Insane??? The brokers was also never keeping there word.
Never returning phone calls or providing follow up on the situation. I spent over R200 on phone calls trying to communicate.
My situation was very poorly handled and I am disappointing in them as a broker not knowing whats going on with their clients premiums
