Disgusting service

My car was towed by an "unauthorised" agent (Magic Towing) without my authorization and Dial Direct refused to pay the release fees. After a long fight with them, On Thursday 29 August 2013 I gave up and paid Magic Towing the fees

Immediately after making the payment, I informed Marikie that payment has been made and the car must be moved from Magic Towing and I was assured that it will be done

Friday 30 August @ 14h00, my car has not been moved and upon following up I'm assured by Mariekie that the car will be moved
Sat 31 August @ 12:00, car still not moved and I follow-up with Phanthom and again I'm assured that it will be moved.
Today is Monday 15h23 and my car has still not been moved. No feedback from Joy Qini/Marikie/Phanthom

I don't expect any feedback but really what's the point of doing business with you guys? Your managers are as useless as your call centre agents as to this minute after numerous follow-up from my side no one has bothered to phone me back with feedback.
I guess you guys are "too big" and me taking my business somewhere else will not affect you in anyway.
