With Regent you are just another number & day

I had an accident on the 09.06.2013 where I have called the call centre on my card posted to me via the insurance company and the number replied "number dialled does not exist" I had to call my dad in Mpumalanga and I am in Free state to google an number for me. I have called and they arranged for towing after two hours with a reference number. Monday morning when I called no trace of my vehicle nor the reference for the towing could be picked up (external people doing the towing) I had to explain everything again not the less that I was left female alone next to the road for almost two hours waiting for the towing people. I had to phone them everyday for feedback and then also a week and half later they realised their list of service providers was not updated and that my vehicle was towed to the wrong people and now my vehicle have to be moved I am scared that this is also the wrong provider that will take my vehicle how can I authorised telephonically for my vehicle to be removed?? It's now two weeks none repairs have taken place and no feedback and I as client is now involved with inside politics. I just want my vehicle repaired as they take my premiums every month! Please help
