MVA occurred on 18-12-2012 owner Shay [SM]
iWay[iWT] 0315693051 towing was on scene & was quick in towing the vehicle to their premises Rashid Ebrahim [RE] assured my sister [SM] that all will be safe. Some hair products were not returned, but after questioning by me, Neren Manilall [NM], SM's glasses only was returned. Sashen Narainsamy [SN], from Old Mutual, Stanger 0325519347 advised NM, a few days later that there would be delays due to the December holiday period, the assessors were on holiday, Sinclairs was closed. The car will be moved to Sinclairs [S] on the 7/1.Subsequently, the car was moved to Master Craft [MC] 0836389360, without authorization from SM or M&F where it remained for a week. Nisam [N] from MC informed me that he was given the car without contact info and requires R9000 to release car to S and that he would Repair SM's car but S will write it off. Mutual & Federal was contacted, Ramona Moonsamy [RM] 0312515148 assisted & called MC. N stated that the R9000 was a joke. RM would have my car moved to S. All calls were made by SM.
