About a year and a half ago i opended an account with FNB promising that i would recieve the "best service".
One year ago i bought a smart device and requested that the debit order come off on the last day of the month as that is when i get paid together wit my account fee for the cheque account. On Saturday morning i went to the bank to request why every month additional monies was deducted from my account only to be told that my account was going into a debit because of FNB's debit orders. The consultant at the N1 City branch then changed the date for my account fees and said i must phone the smart phone device derpartment which i did this morning only to be told "oh sorry we can only change this on 1st NOVEMBER 2013" because im past the first of the month when i was at the bank on Saturday the 31st August to sort this out.
I am utterly disgusted to receive this kind of service from a bank that offers only the best.
